Ingredients for the Cupcakes

• 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 ½ tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 stick unsalted butter (softened)
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ cup milk
• 1 heaping scoop of love ❤️

• 2 sticks unsalted butter (softened)
• 3 cups powdered sugar
• ⅛ cup milk (2 tbsp)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Sprinkles, edible glitter, food coloring (optional)

Instructions for the Cupcakes

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cupcake pan with colorful paper liners.
2. Mix the dry ingredients – In a medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. Cream the butter and sugar – In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Add eggs and vanilla – Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
5. Combine – Gently mix in half of the dry ingredients, then the milk, then the rest of the dry ingredients. Stir in the heaping scoop of love until fully combined.
