Cucumber & Cheese Garden Party Butterfly Sandwiches
Delicate and dainty, these butterfly-shaped sandwiches are as cute as they are delicious.
Ingredients:
- Soft white or whole wheat sandwich bread
- Plain Whipped cream cheese
- Thin cucumber slices
- Sliced Black Olives
- Dill
- Butterfly-shaped cookie cutter
- Cut out butterfly shapes from slices of bread using the cookie cutter.
- Mix the cream cheese and sliced olives.
- Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture onto the bread.
- Top with 2–3 thin cucumber slices.
- Place another butterfly-shaped piece on top.
- Sprinkle dill on top for an extra earthy look and flavor.
