Free Canva Template Link Purchase Page and Contact Card for your Business

Are you curious if Canva templates are for you? Are you thinking about starting a Canva design business? This quick post will go through an introduction of how you can use a free Canva account to edit templates and create and share your own. Included in this post is a free template to help you get started. The included template is a PDF page you can attach to your Etsy or Shopify listings to send out to customers after they purchase one of your templates. Also included is a free business 4 x 6 inch contact card. Try out Canva templates by replacing the template text with your business information. Print these contact cards and hand out to friends, family, and at craft fairs!

To edit a template on Canva, you will need a free account. Canva has an optional Canva Pro paid account but this is not necessary for our templates.

Edit our Free Template

Embedded below is our free Canva template. Follow the link to access the template. Make sure to select the "Use Template for New Design" option to add the template to your Canva account. After you have added your information to the template, you can export the file by clicking the "Share" button in the upper right corner of the screen. This lets you save the file to your computer as an image or PDF.

Create your own Template to Sell

Do you want to try selling your own templates on Etsy or Shopify? You can do this with a free Canva account! Start by creating a new design. Think of a design that would be helpful to another business such as business or thank you cards. Once you are happy with your design, click the share button again. This time select the "Template Link" option. Copy this link into the free Canva template provided in this tutorial. You can export that file as a PDF and share it on your Etsy or Shopify store. When a customer purchases your item, they will be able to go to your template link and add the template to their account.
